4. Eligibility

All applicants must satisfy all of the following prerequisites:

  • 1. Occupation should fall under the Demand list (SOL /CSOL)
  • 2. Age should be 18 or above
  • 3. The point-based system should get at least 65 points
  • 4. Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field (Depending on case to case )
  • 5. Should be Graduate / Diploma, P.G Degree / PhD.
  • 6. English Proficiency: IELTS / TOEFL / PTE (Score Depends on your profile)

5. External (Embassy) Process

This is a 4-stage process.
  • Step 1 : SKILL ASSESSMENT - In the SA process, you will have to submit all your education, work Xp, and resume documents which would be assessed by skill assessing bodies i.e VETASS, ACS TRA, etc Depending on your profile with a fee. For some profiles, an English test is required on the SA time.
  • Step 2 : EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - Once the SA result is approved, you need to get the required IELTS scores mentioned in your PRR report, then we Launch Expression of Interest {EOI}, where you need to prove that you are a highly skilled Migrant, your profile is falling under the shortage skill requirements.
  • Step 3 : The application moves into the pool, from the pool it will be picked up Skill Nominated states which require your occupation.
  • Step 4 : Once picked up by a particular state you receive a sponsorship letter, and you will receive an Invitation to Apply {ITA}.
  • Step 5 : VISA APPLICATION - Launch the Visa {PR} Application for your complete family including Spouse & Children to DHA along with fees.
  • Step 6 : Upon submitting your application at DHA the verification of documents would be done post which you will have to submit your Medicals and PCC. Once all documents are verified, your Visa is granted

6. VISA/Embassy & Other Fees

  • 1. SKILL ASSESSMENT – 200 - 1500 AUD depending on the profile.
  • 2. English Test – 12000 - 14000 INR per person
  • 3. DHA Fees – Primary Applicant - 4045 AUD, Spouse - 2020 AUD, Per child - 1015 AUD
  • 4. PCC & Medical – 5000 INR (Approximately)

7. Process Time

  • SKILL ASSESSMENT – The processing time to get an APC result is 1 - 3 months
  • EOI – 1 day to 1 year (Application can remain in the pool for a maximum of 1 year and needs to be submitted again)
  • DHA - 4 to 6 months.
