Scoring System
IELTS scores are reported on a band scale from 1 to 9, where:

- Band 7: Good User
- Band 6: Competent User
(Most universities and immigration authorities require a minimum overall band of 6.0–7.5.)
Test Availability and Registration

Validity
IELTS scores are valid for 2 years from the date of the test.
