Requirements:

Job responsibility:

  • Chef/Cook

    1. Cooking and assembling menu items according to recipes, ensuring consistent taste and appealing presentation.
    2. Monitoring ingredient stock levels, tracking food costs, and placing orders to prevent shortages.
    3. Upholding health and hygiene standards, including proper food storage, temperature control, and workspace sanitization.
  • Waiter/Waitress 

    1. Greeting and seating diners, taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering items, checking on guest satisfaction, and processing payments.
  • Computer Operator 

    1. Arability to monitor complex processing logs, detect error messages, and ensure data integrity.
    2. Continuously monitor computer systems, mainframes, and network performance to ensure optimal uptime and reliable operation.
    3. Clear oral and written communication skills for dealing with users, team members, and external IT vendors.
  • Housekeeper 

    1. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated rooms or common areas. Deep-clean and disinfect hard surfaces, including toilets, showers, countertops, and appliances.
    2. Make beds, change and fold linens, and replace used towels.
    3. Empty trash receptacles, sort recycling, and dispose of garbage appropriately. iv. Address special requests from guests or clients professionally and efficiently.
  • Dishwasher/Laundry 

    1. Hand-wash fragile items and operates industrial dishwashers, ensuring all dishes, pots, and utensils meet strict health and safety codes.
    2. Assist kitchen and wait staff with basic food preparation, storing inventory, or restocking serving stations as needed. iii. Separate dirty textiles and uniforms by colour, fabric, and size. Inspect garments for stains or damage, and apply specialized pre-treatment or spot cleaning.
    3. Clean the laundry room, including sweeping floors, wiping down machines, and cleaning out dryer lint filters daily to prevent fire hazards.
  • Security Guard 

    1. Regularly inspect perimeter and interior areas to spot security breaches, safety hazards, or suspicious behaviour.
    2. Operate security cameras (CCTV), alarm panels, and emergency equipment. iii. Ensure visitors and employees comply with organizational safety rules and regulations.
  • Storekeeper 

    1. Log all stock movements, issues, and returns using inventory management software or Microsoft Office.
    2. Store and label materials properly in designated zones to ensure easy access and a safe working environment. iii. Track and maintain optimal stock levels. Initiate purchase requisitions to replenish items before they run out.
    3. Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile them with digital book balances.
  • AC Technician/Electrician 

    1. Troubleshoot refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and compressor failures using manifold gauges and multimate’s.
    2. Perform routine service (washing condenser coils, cleaning air filters, and clearing drain lines) to optimize airflow and efficiency.
    3. Interpret architectural and technical diagrams to map out the placement of power outlets, lighting, and circuit breakers.
    4. Lay, connect, and terminate cables, switches, and panels in compliance with local building codes.
  • Garment Worker
