  1. AI Engineer 
    1. Transform AI prototypes into reliable services by packaging models behind APIs, deploying to cloud infrastructure, and ensuring low-latency scalability.
    2. Consume and manage external model APIs (e.g., Open AI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) while handling rate limits, streaming, and cost control.
  2. IT Support Specialist 
    1. Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets using tools like Active Directory or Azure AD.
    2. Understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, Active Directory, endpoint management, and remote support tools.
    3. Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
  3. Help Desk Technician
    1. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 technical teams with detailed diagnostic notes.
    2. Manage access controls, including password resets and user account provisioning in Active Directory or Microsoft 365.
    3. Create and maintain knowledge base articles, training guides, and system documentation. Qualifications & Skills.
  4. System Administrator 
    1. Create, modify, and manage user accounts, permissions, and network rights.
    2. Document IT policies, standard operating procedures, and system configurations. iii. Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and computer hardware.
  5. Network Technician 
    1. Builds, maintains, and troubleshoots an organization’s computer and network systems.
    2. Setting up LAN/WAN networks, laying cables, and installing routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

    1. Designing scalable data models (e.g., star or snowflake schemas) and overall data warehouse architecture.

    1. Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the exact sequence of installation and the optimal routing of pipes to avoid structural obstructions.

  18. Auto Printer
    1. Sand, prime, mask, and clean vehicle parts to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
    2. Utilise spectrophotometers and computerised systems to accurately mix exact paint formulas, including metallic, pearl, and tri-coats
    3. Use spray guns (HVLP/airless) to apply basecoats and clear coats in temperature-controlled spray booths.
  19. Civil Foreman
    1. Direct crew tasks and check daily progress.
    2. Follow blueprints and project designs.
    3. Enforce site safety rules.
    4. Update engineers and managers.
  20. Customer service
